“Rent” by Jonathan Larson is the story of a close-knit group of friends, some of whom are terminally ill. Through heartbreak and small triumphs, the group comes to the conclusion that the time they have left on Earth is best measured in love rather than time as they are faced with the brutal truth that life is for rent and cannot be bought.
